I am reading news that peace negotiations are underway to end the war, and among other things, the issue of security guarantees for Ukraine is being discussed. I am concerned whether such guarantees can genuinely protect the country and each of us in the future? Legal responsibility for attacks on TCC employees

I see that recently there has been an increase in cases of attacks or aggression towards TCC employees.
