Access to information about HOA activities for a co-owner
As a co-owner of an apartment, I often observe a lack of transparency in the actions of our HOA and would like to obtain certain documents or information about its activities. If I submit a request myself or through a lawyer, can I be denied this information due to minor flaws in the lawyer's request? What are my actual rights regarding access to such information, and what documents can be considered confidential and not subject to disclosure?
