My son died, I have been in the occupation with my husband for almost 2 years, on the left bank of the Kherson region. Is it possible to arrange a payment for my son from the occupation through a lawyer, we are not away.
Please advise, can I get a deferment from military service if I have a 10-year-old child who lives with me (which is recognized by law) after a divorce in 2016, but now I am officially married to another woman?
...for a house and an apartment, but they are not entered in the Real Estate Register. What shall I do ?
...for the minimum wage, currently pregnant. I am on sick leave. The management has changed, they say they will fire me according to the article if I don't write a statement myself
I work on the railway. I am currently abroad with my child (I left because the war started). The head of the enterprise asks to write a statement of resignation at his own will, since he does not plan to continue the vacation without saving (justifies the fact that he has the right not to continue according to Article 12, Clause 2 of the Law of Ukraine #2136, because the railway is a critical infrastructure object) . I have no desire to resign, because I do not want to lose my seniority. I cannot return, because there are no guarantees of safety (there are fatal cases at the enterprise from being hit by a missile from an aggressor country). What statement should I write in order not to terminate the employment contract?
I dealt with the issue of calculating the debt for communal services because I do not live at home. I sent IDP certificates for all family members, certificates that the children go to school according to the actual place of stay, and an act that indicates from what moment and until now we are really at the address indicated in the IDP certificate. Should communal institutions demand that I come in person and take a certificate from the place of residence that I really don't live there?
...returns, otherwise he stops the employment contract, because we go to mixed education. If I can fulfill my obligations remotely, does he have the right to do so?
I am raising two children myself, one child is disabled. I am taking care of her, I received help as a low-income family, but half a year passed and I was denied help, because my ex-husband transferred part of his apartment to the children as alimony. The contract is called on the termination of the right to alimony for a child in connection with the transfer of ownership of real estate. The reason for the rejection is that they counted it as my income. But as we lived in this apartment, we still live, we did not receive any money, and this was due to alimony, and alimony was never counted as income (UAH 177,000 according to the assessment of part of the apartment). I took the property documents to the department, told them that it was due to alimony, but nothing changed, I couldn't prove it. Is there anything we can do to return the favor?
I am a civil servant, I am in the city of Kherson, which is considered a zone of active hostilities. Does the management have the right in an ultimatum to force people to go to work, or can they fire them? Is this legal?
