I am interested: what exactly are these ethical and professional criteria that candidates must adhere to, and how transparent and fair is this selection procedure? Is it truly possible to appeal the decision of the Ethics Council if a candidate disagrees with their conclusion?

I read the news that the High Council of Justice has once again extended the deadline for accepting documents from candidates for the position of the Head of the State Judicial Service. I am wondering whether a member of the HQCJ or the Supreme Judicial Council can be held liable if they do not comply with the requirements of the law when evaluating judges?

Do you consider it fair to restrict the participation of relatives of members of the HQCJ and the Supreme Judicial Council in competitions for judicial positions?

I wonder if you think it is fair that relatives of members of the High Qualification Commission for Judges and the High Council of Justice are being asked to limit their participation in competitions for judicial positions. Do you think this is necessary to ensure transparency and impartiality of the procedures?
