Today, the website of the Ministry of Social Policy published information about changes in the procedure for assigning payments to IDPs.
In particular, it is stated that payments will be stopped to those IDPs who, since the adoption of this resolution (and it was adopted today, July 11), have purchased a plot of land worth more than UAH 100,000.
I have the following question: if I receive IDP payments only for children and I own a plot of land (it was purchased at the beginning of 2023) - will my child payments be canceled or not?
...we have a child together for about three years, my husband is abroad. How can you properly arrange a house for yourself or can a man give it in full to be able to sell it and not have problems with returning the funds later?
...it turned out that the vehicle was encumbered (that is, the car was once purchased on credit) even on the first owner. But now the car is registered to a third person, who is not related to the first owner, has a different transport number than the one indicated in the encumbrance. I have no connection with the first owner, I don't know why the encumbrance was not removed - I think there were credit problems. The current owner says that she had no problems with registration.
How to be in this case? How could you register the right of ownership to another person if there is an encumbrance?
