Can an 83-year-old grandmother give her apartment to a 59-year-old son?
She wants to do it, but the notary told her that only an inheritance contract can be made, since she is a pensioner.

The power of attorney must be valid until September, it is already with the mother, translated and certified. After receiving the document, the mother changed her mind and no longer wants to accept the gift.
