Dismissal from military service after injury

Is it possible to be released if I am wounded by a shrapnel?! A fragment was removed (3 mm from the abdominal aorta), as well as from the scapula, many still remained blind in the abdomen and scapula, contusions also have their effects on the mental state; the treatment is coming to an end, the last of the 4 months of leave for treatment is coming. What are the possible options to be released or at least not to be in the first ranks of the front again?
