What is known about the introduction of multiple citizenship in Ukraine?
Can one of the spouses, who has Ukrainian citizenship and is married to a citizen of another country, obtain a passport for a joint child at the Embassy of Ukraine in the country of the child's birth without the knowledge, consent and signature of the other spouse?
