Good day. My husband, a citizen of Poland, applied for a temporary residence permit based on his marriage to me. We received a refusal, the paper indicated that a check was carried out at the address of residence and the neighbors were interviewed. None of this happened, because I am constantly at home, because I am on maternity leave. What to do with this rejection? How to get a permit?
