Which state registers of Ukraine stopped functioning in...

From February 24, 2022, the operation of the following registers was completely stopped (the list is not exhaustive):

1. State register of real property rights to immovable property (DRRPNM), in which all actions related to immovable property are recorded;

2. The Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs, and Public Organizations (YEDRUOFOPGF), which contains information and in which all business registration actions are carried out;

3. Automated system of executive proceedings (ASVP) and the Unified Register of Debtors (ERB), in which all executive actions are recorded and documents of executive proceedings are drawn up;

4. The State Register of Encumbrances of Movable Property (DRORM), which records restrictions on the disposal of movable property of individuals and legal entities;

5. State Register of Civil Status Acts (DRATSS), which contains information on state registration of marriage, birth, death, etc.;

6. Electronic register of apostilles (ERA).

To meet the needs of citizens and businesses, the state is gradually starting to restore the functioning of state registers in areas where this is possible.
