What documents must be submitted to receive assistance for ...?

To receive assistance for low-income families, the following documents must be submitted:

1. a document certifying the identity of the authorized representative of the family;

2. certificate of family composition;

3. declaration of income and property of persons who are part of the family (filled out on the basis of income certificates of each family member);

4. a certificate on the availability and size of the land share (share).

It should be noted that the declaration does not include the state social assistance provided in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On State Social Assistance to Low-Income Families"; accrued subsidy for consumed housing and communal services; alimony paid by family members.
