...month 25), but I am of limited fitness in peacetime, can I be called up for work during employment?

I want to get a job as a massage therapist in a spa salon, or go to work as a rehabilitation therapist in Lviv, will I receive a summons at the place of work? And are any documents required for employment?

A conscripted citizen with limited wartime fitness is subject to conscription for military service during mobilization, but with certain restrictions. That is, limitedly fit soldiers and conscripts can serve under martial law conditions, but their service will not take place in combat units, but in military support units, institutions and educational institutions of the Ministry of Defense, in territorial recruitment and social support centers (military commissars) and other non-combat units.

You can receive a summons at your place of work.

When applying for employment, you must submit the following documents:

  • passport or other identity document,

  • employment book (if available) or information on employment from the State Register of Insured Persons,

  • in the cases stipulated by the law, a document on education (specialty, qualification),

  • health document,

  • military registration document (registration card for conscripts, military card or temporary card for conscripts).
