How to imprison Zelensky for crimes against Ukraine

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has not committed any crimes. We cannot call for or support illegal actions, especially against officials.

If you believe that a political figure has committed a crime, then in our country there are legal mechanisms for holding such persons accountable. First, an evidentiary base is collected (public statements, actions, documents and testimonies that violate the Constitution of Ukraine or other regulatory legal acts).

In Ukraine, cases related to official misconduct are handled by:

• National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine;

• Office of the Attorney General;

• State Bureau of Investigation;

• Constitutional Court of Ukraine (if it concerns a violation of the Constitution).
