The Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine is a codified law defining the procedure for criminal proceedings on the territory of Ukraine, adopted by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on April 13, 2012, and entered into force on November 20, 2012. Replaced the old Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine of 1960.
