The second group of disabilities is established when:

  • absence of one lung and chronic respiratory failure of the II degree due to pathological changes in the second lung;.

  • persistent complete ptosis in both eyes after all types of restorative treatment;

  • upper limb paralysis;

  • lower limb paralysis;

  • severe upper or lower paraparesis, severe hemiparesis;

  • significant defects of the skull (60 sq. cm or more), which are not replaced by autologous tissue;

  • stumps of the shoulder or forearm with moderate impairment of the function of the other upper extremity: adductor contracture of the shoulder joint of the 1st-2nd grade, deforming arthrosis of the elbow joint of the 1st-2nd grade, deforming arthrosis of the carpal joint of the 1st-2nd grade, stumps of the hand or forearms and lower legs;

  • exarticulation of the upper limb in the shoulder joint;

  • stumps of the upper and lower limbs and lack of vision or deafness;

  • stumps of the upper and lower limbs and lack of vision in one eye;

  • hip exarticulations;

  • short stump of the hip in case of impossibility of prosthetics;

  • stumps of both lower legs;

  • false stump of the lower limb or both feet at the level of the Chopar joint in the absence of the possibility of medical rehabilitation and prosthetics;

  • ankylosis of the hip joint with moderate dysfunction of the second hip joint (PFS II);

  • bilateral coxarthrosis (III-IV century);

  • fecal (urinary) fistula, unnatural anus in case of ineffectiveness or presence of contraindications to surgical intervention;

  • hip stumps with moderate impairment of motor or static functions of the other lower limb (deformative arthrosis of the hip joint of the 1st-2nd century, improperly fused fracture of the femur with a bent axis, shortening of the limb by 2-3 cm, fibrous ankylosis of the knee joint, moderate contracture knee joint, moderate contracture of the ankle-foot joint, impaired function of the joint of the II degree), stumps of both legs, ankylosis of the hip joint with moderate impairment of the function of the second hip joint, impaired function of the joint of the II-III degree, bilateral coxarthrosis;

  • condition after endoprosthesis of two hip or two knee joints.
