The procedure for passing the VLK:
Nachmed Vasho] of the military unit must provide a referral to the VLK on the letterhead of the military unit signed by the commander of the military unit. In some cases (for example, if the military serviceman and the chief medical officer are in different remote places), the referral to the VLC can be sent to the health care institution or TCC and SP by means of electronic document management.
The chief medical officer of the military unit must register you remotely through the E-queue system for an appointment with an official of the military medical commission and provide the time and date on which you need to arrive at the health care facility to undergo the VLK. If for some reason this did not happen (for example, the unit is performing tasks in an area where there is no communication), you need to arrive at a health care facility, where you will undergo a VLK with a referral and contact the medical facility's registry.
In the registry of the health care institution, the following must be provided: an examination and medical examination card, which will be filled out by doctors in the future; roots for an appointment with all the necessary doctors. At the registry office, they will explain where the necessary offices are located and make an appointment through the e-queue (in those institutions and to those doctors for which an electronic appointment form already works).
First, you need to pass all the necessary tests and undergo an examination. Then go to the doctors. After the examination, each of the doctors writes a conclusion about the state of health of the serviceman. It is worth noting that the doctor must sign and seal his opinion.
The VLK Commission examines the medical case of a serviceman and adopts the relevant resolution.
The secretary of the VLK provides the conclusion of the VLK to the serviceman.
