Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On approval of the Regulation on territorial centers of recruitment and social support" dated February 23, 2022, No. 154.

Territorial recruitment and social support centers in their activities are guided by the Constitution and laws of Ukraine, acts of the President of Ukraine, resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, orders and directives of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, the Ministry of Defense, the Minister of Defense, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, the General Staff of the Armed Forces , other normative legal acts and the above Regulation.
