Is it possible to file a lawsuit while abroad?

"Electronic court" (https://id.court.gov.ua/) is a system with which citizens can create and send documents (plaintiffs, motions, etc.) to the court in electronic form, receive information about the status and results such documents, pay the court fee on the website and hold court sessions online.

In the "Electronic Court" you can write a statement to the Supreme Court, the Higher Chamber of Justice, civil, administrative, economic, and criminal courts. Applications are equivalent to paper submissions.
