How much is the penalty for violating the border on the Tisza?

In such cases, administrative responsibility provided for in Article 204-1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses: illegal crossing or attempted illegal crossing of the state border of Ukraine will follow. For the commission of this administrative offense, a fine of two hundred to five hundred tax-free minimum incomes of citizens or administrative arrest for a period of up to fifteen days, with confiscation of tools and means of committing the offense is provided.

Illegal crossing of the border in wartime entails responsibility provided for by law. This liability may also be criminal depending on each specific case.

In all cases of illegal border crossing by men aged 18 to 60, regardless of the method, their actions can also be qualified under Article 336 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, since today most often illegal crossing is carried out precisely for the purpose of evading the draft.
