Illegal car evacuation: what to do?

According to Part 3 of Article 265-2 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses, a vehicle may not be taken to the penalty area if it does not obstruct traffic. To find out where the car is, call 102 - the police have access to the database of evacuated vehicles. Or dial the patrol police hotline at (044) 287-82-82 or contact the Parking Authority (inspection) in your city.
