Who is eligible to receive eSupport?

Insured persons who are officially employed and FOPs whose policyholders meet all of the following criteria are entitled to receive assistance:

• are registered as payers of a single contribution to mandatory state social insurance in the regions, the list of which is approved by the Government. Today, these are the Volyn, Donetsk, Zhytomyr, Zaporizhzhya, Kyiv, Luhansk, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Sumy, Kharkiv, Kherson, Chernihiv regions and the city of Kyiv;

• submitted tax returns for the IV quarter of 2021-2022 or annual returns for 2021-2022 in accordance with the procedure established by law;

• are not budget institutions, mandatory state insurance funds.
