How to restore a military ID?

The military card is reissued in the following cases:

• unsuitability of the military ticket for further use;

• its destruction during a natural disaster;

• loss or theft;

• change of last name, first name or patronymic of a person.

Military personnel should report directly to their commander at the place of duty. If the person is not conscripted or a reservist - to the head of the territorial recruitment and social support center in which he is on military registration, with a statement.

What is required to renew a military ticket?

1. Application/report, in which the circumstances of the loss of the military ticket and the request for its re-issuance are noted.

2. Passport.

3. Matte photo 3x4 without a corner.

4. Damaged document or its remains (if any).

5. Extract from the order on the results of the official investigation (if the document is lost).

6. Certificate from the police department that a statement of loss was written (if the document was stolen).

A military ID can be re-issued only by decision of the head of the territorial recruitment and social support center.

There are no established terms for the renewal of a military ticket. However, it takes at least a week and depends on the workload of a specific territorial center of procurement and social support.
