The Criminal Court of Cassation is one of the four courts of cassation within the Supreme Court that reviews court decisions in criminal proceedings in Ukraine in a cassation procedure.
Other powers:

analyzes court statistics and summarizes court practice in criminal proceedings (cases);

ensures the uniform application of legal norms by courts of various specializations in the order and manner determined by the procedural law;
