How to apply for alimony for a man who is in a pretrial detention center?

It is possible to forcibly collect alimony by applying to the court (at the place of residence of the claimant-collector or the defendant-payer) with an application for the issuance of a court order or a claim for the collection of alimony from the convicted person.

The result of the appeal will be a court decision (or court order).

The person in whose favor a decision has been made, which has entered into legal force, must obtain a writ of execution (by applying to the court with a corresponding application for the issuance of a writ of execution). After that, the original executive document and the application for enforcement shall be presented to the relevant body of the state executive service at the place of residence, stay, work of the debtor or at the location of his property.
