As stated in the Civil Code of Ukraine, full civil legal capacity can be granted to an individual who has reached sixteen years of age and who wishes to engage in entrepreneurial activity. With the written consent of the parents (adoptive parents), guardian or guardianship body, such a person can be registered as an entrepreneur. In this case, a natural person acquires full civil legal capacity from the moment of his state registration as an entrepreneur.
