The operation of vehicles that are not registered (not re-registered) in the authorized bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and without license plates that meet the requirements established by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as well as the identification numbers of the components of which do not correspond to the entries in the registration documents or are destroyed or forged, is prohibited.
