Get a UBD certificate

You need to contact the TCC in which you are registered and write an application for obtaining a UBD certificate. The TCC will send a corresponding request to the unit in which you served, and the unit will send all the necessary documents to the TCC. Next, the TCC submits the package of documents to the commission on granting the status of the UBD, and the latter issues a corresponding decision within 30 days.
