Compatibility of FOP and employment contract

An individual entrepreneur has the right to work at the enterprise under the terms of an employment contract. The status of a citizen as an entrepreneur without creating a legal entity does not affect the scope of his rights and obligations as an employee at the main place of work and at the place of part-time work.
