Who has the right to appeal to the Constitutional Court of Ukraine?

Article 42 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Constitutional Court of Ukraine" enshrines the right of a citizen of Ukraine, a foreigner, a stateless person and a legal entity to appeal to the Constitutional Court of Ukraine in order to protect their violated rights.
