Representatives of condominiums and housing associations have the right to serve summonses. The TCC sends an order on delivery. At the same time, it is important that the summons is addressed, that is, assigned to a specific person, with the name and surname of the conscript. In addition, it must be signed by a representative of the TCC. After the utility worker hands over the summons, the conscript signs the document. Thus, he confirms its receipt. In case of refusal to accept the document, the ZHEK employee must draw up an act of this with witnesses. If the utility worker simply placed the summons in the mailbox, then the document can be ignored.
