The employee has the right to:

apply to the employer with a written demand to pay the ESS;

complain about the employer to the tax authorities and territorial bodies of the State Labor Service;

apply to the police with a statement about the commission of a criminal offense provided for in Art. 212-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine

to submit a civil lawsuit to the court to declare the employer's inaction illegal and obligate him to calculate and pay insurance premiums.
