...about marriage?

I changed all the documents, passport and so on.

The only thing that I was refused to redo was for marriage.

What shall I do?

Another nuance - the birth certificate remained with the old name.

The reason for the name change is that my name was mistakenly translated into Russian.

Only now she dared to change in adulthood

You have that right. But in the current legislation of Ukraine there is a certain conflict regarding this issue.

For the correct justification of the answer, you need to see the written refusal of the department of state registration of acts of civil status.

You can also appeal the refusal to grant permission to change the name on the marriage certificate in court in accordance with the established procedure.

The answer is informational and does not replace a full legal consultation. For a detailed analysis of your situation, contact a lawyer directly.
