In the conditions of martial law and within one month from the date of its termination or cancellation, the state registration of ownership and other real rights to immovable property, the location of which is the Luhansk region, is carried out regardless of the location of such property.
The Eastern Interregional Department of the Ministry of Justice (Kharkiv) provides paper-based registration of immovable property located within the temporarily occupied territory of Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
