Starting from 01.01.2004, the time of caring for a child until it reaches the age of 3 is included in the insurance period of the mother, provided that the person cares for the child until it reaches the age of three and on the condition of receiving child care assistance until it reaches the age of three age (Law of Ukraine "On mandatory state pension insurance".
