Now the filing of declarations for civil servants is returning, but I resigned at the end of August 2022 and did not file a declaration because it was not necessary to do so. When the law on the return of declarations during the war is finally adopted, will I need to submit a declaration for the time of release and for the following year after release (2023)?

After the approval of the project, persons who did not submit declarations in 2022-2023 **must submit them no later than 90 calendar days from the date of entry into force of this legislative act**.
