Claims for damages can be made in person at a notary public or at the Center for the Provision of Administrative Services (CSC). Or remotely through the "Action" application. You can also apply directly to local self-government bodies.

After that, specialists should be sent to the facility for commission or technical inspection of the building. They draw up a corresponding act of damage to property, to which they attach photos of the destruction.

The act is registered in the special State Register of property damaged and destroyed as a result of hostilities.

If you do not want to wait for specialists from local authorities for a technical inspection, you can order such an inspection yourself at your own expense, and submit the conclusion free of charge to the relevant local authorities.

The answer is informational and does not replace a full legal consultation. For a detailed analysis of your situation, contact a lawyer directly.
