Temporary social assistance to an unemployed person

solved

Is a person in his 60s with 24 years of insurance experience entitled to temporary state social assistance for an unemployed person who has reached the general retirement age but has not acquired the right to a pension payment? The Department of Social Security said that these payments could only be issued until 2021. Is it so?

According to the Resolution of the CMU No. 1098 dated 27.12.2017 "On the Procedure for Assigning Temporary State Social Assistance to an Unemployed Person Who Has Reached the General Retirement Age, but Has Not Received the Right to a Pension Payment", assistance instead of a pension can be received only by those who at the time of registration of social benefits has at least 15 years of insurance experience. The money will be paid until such persons reach the age from which they acquire the right to receive pension payments.
