So. In accordance with the Law "On Mobilization Training and Mobilization" draft for military service during mobilization, for a special period are not subject to professional (vocational and technical), specialist pre-higher and higher education, assistant trainees, graduate students and doctoral students studying full-time or dual forms of education. The law does not specify what exactly is the acquirer of the first higher person. Therefore, ALL education seekers are not subject to conscription for military service.
