You can register with the employment center after maternity leave, if the leave has ended and you are not officially employed.

Regarding work, I would like to inform you of the following. If a citizen registered with the State Employment Service as unemployed refuses two offers of suitable work, including in the acquired profession on the referral of a territorial body, and an unemployed person who is looking for work for the first time and does not have a profession (specialty), - refuses two offers of vocational training training in the period from the day of registration (re-registration), then the employment center stops registering such a person as unemployed, and in such a case, the next registration is possible no earlier than after 90 calendar days.
