How to get a license for international cargo transportation?

In order to receive a license for international transportation, you need to collect the necessary package of documents, submit it to the licensing authority, wait for their consideration and a decision on issuing a license. The licensing authority in the field of international transportation is Ukrtransbezpeky.

The following documents will need to be submitted:

1. information about the material and technical base that ensures the execution of technological operations, or contracts for the execution of such operations (Appendix 2 of the License Terms).

2. information about vehicles (Appendix 3 of the License Terms).

3. Certified copies of vehicle and temporary vehicle registration certificates

4. registration coupons, if their registration is provided;

5. information on the special equipment of vehicles used to transport passengers by taxi (Appendix 4 of the License Terms) - applies only to taxis.

6. information on personnel qualifications (Appendix 5 of the License Terms).

The deadline for considering the application, submitted documents and making the appropriate decision is 10 days. However, during the period of martial law and in connection with the online form for obtaining a license, Ukrtransbezpeky makes a decision faster - approximately within 2-3 days.

Issuance of a license for international passenger transportation is not free. The state fee for obtaining it is one subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons, effective on the day the licensing authority makes a decision on issuing a license. As of today, it is 2,481 hryvnias.
