The statement of claim drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Civil Code of Ukraine must be accompanied by evidence that substantiates the claim (change in the amount of alimony), for example:

• evidence of a change in financial status (certificates about parents' income, credit agreements, any other documents that can be a confirmation of a change in financial status, its deterioration or improvement);

• evidence of deterioration or improvement of health (medical certificates, doctors' conclusions, medical histories, doctors' recommendations regarding the need for treatment);

• evidence confirming a change in marital status (for example, the birth of children by the alimony payer).
