Funds can be spent on purchasing building materials and paying for works. You can spend money only at sellers and contractors who have the appropriate codes for work:

5231 (shops of glass, paint, wallpaper).
You can check the availability of codes at the place where you will buy a product or order a service.
If you buy building materials and goods that are not subject to compensation at the same time, then you need to do it in two separate purchases.
