Exclusive license: issued only to one user, in addition to the possibility of obtaining such permission for other persons, and also limits the possibility of using the work by the licensor (owner) himself in the areas provided for in the contract.

Non-exclusive license: allows both the author to use the object and to issue licenses to others.

By default, if the contract does not specify the type of license, it is considered non-exclusive.
