Dismissal and illegal mobilization

I resigned from the Armed Forces due to my health, I was mobilized illegally because I am disabled. I wasted almost 6 months to prove my unfitness, it worked for me. Tell me whether it makes sense to sue the Military Commissariat for their inactivity and illegal mobilization. Because I lost my job.
