What documents are required for registration in the Path for a Volunteer program?

In order to apply for the Way for a Volunteer program to travel abroad with assistance, you must have the following documents:

1. Passport of a citizen of Ukraine.

2. A document confirming education (certificate of complete general secondary education or diploma of higher education).

3. Medical certificate about the state of health.

4. Certificate of no criminal record.

5. Application for making a decision regarding the departure of conscript drivers outside of Ukraine

6. Justification regarding the volumes of cargo and the number of vehicles required for their transportation.

To prevent the possibility of abuse when submitting documents, it is recommended to submit the application and its annexes in electronic form with the applicant's qualified electronic signature (KEP) superimposed. It is recommended to send the application in electronic form in PDF format with the possibility of copying.
