If the certificate is lost, graduates can contact the institution that issued the document. A legal representative also has the right to act on behalf of the applicant.

Persons who studied in schools in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, in institutions in individual settlements of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, as well as in the captured territories, can apply to any educational institution of the appropriate degree at the place of temporary residence of the graduate.

If the applicant does not have a certificate regarding the results of the annual evaluation of educational achievements, the institution evaluates the knowledge of the graduate.

To obtain a duplicate, it is necessary to apply to any institution of general secondary education (on the territory where hostilities are not taking place) with a statement to provide information about the document received in Ukraine.
