Terms of Use

  1. 1. General provisions
    1. 1.1. This Agreement (hereinafter - the Agreement) is a public offer of the terms of use of the website ua-lawyer.com (hereinafter - the Site), in the person of the Right Owner of the Website (hereinafter - the Site Administration) and third parties - individuals and / or legal entities (hereinafter - the User ).
    2. 1.2. The user undertakes to fully familiarize himself with this Agreement before registering on the Site.
    3. 1.3. Registration on the website means full and unconditional acceptance by the User of the terms of this Agreement.
    4. 1.4. If the User disagrees with the terms of the Agreement, the User must immediately stop using the Site.
  2. 2. Intellectual rights
    1. 2.1. All intellectual property and means of personalization displayed on the Website, including, but not limited to, design elements, graphic images (including illustrations), photographic works, text, audiovisual works and other works, as well as trademarks and industrial designs are protected in accordance with the legislation in force in Ukraine. The above-mentioned objects of intellectual property individually and all together constitute protected Content (hereinafter - Content).
    2. 2.2. The site and everything posted on it, as well as all the content of the website, are the property of the Site Administration.
    3. 2.3. The use of the Website, including its Content, is allowed only for the purpose of familiarization. The use of the Website, including its Content, for commercial purposes is not allowed.
    4. 2.4. Citation of text materials published on the website is permitted with the mandatory indication of an active hyperlink to the website or to the section of the website with the cited content.
    5. 2.5. The User agrees not to reproduce, repeat, copy any part of the Site, except when such permission is granted to the User by the Site Administration.
  3. 3. Procedure for using the site
    1. 3.1. The site allows the user to view and download information from the website solely for personal, non-commercial use. It is forbidden to modify the materials of the Site, distribute the Content for public and / or commercial purposes.
    2. 3.2. When registering on the website on the website, the User agrees to provide reliable and accurate information about himself and his contact details. In the process of registering on the website, the User receives a login and password, the security of which the User is personally responsible for.
    3. 3.3. The website prohibits direct or indirect insults to third parties, calls for a violent change of the constitutional system or seizure of state power, calls for a change of administrative boundaries or the state border of Ukraine, violation of the order established by the Constitution of Ukraine, any offensive behavior and statements in which intentionally provoking a sharp and / or negative reaction of other users, as well as any actions and messages prohibited by the legislation in force in Ukraine.

    2. 4.2. By agreeing to this Agreement, the User gives his full and unconditional consent to the collection, processing and use of his personal data under the conditions and in the manner stipulated by the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data".
    3. 4.3. The User gives consent to the Site Administration for the collection, use, processing, and storage of information containing the user's personal data, only for the purpose of providing the Site Administration with relevant services using the Website.
    4. 4.4. The Site Administration undertakes to collect only that information containing the user's personal data, which the User voluntarily provides when registering on the website or placing an Order without registering on the website, that is, only in those cases when such information is necessary to provide and/or improve the services provided by the Site Administration to the User.
    5. 4.5. The Site Administration takes the necessary measures to prevent unauthorized access to personal data of the Site user.
    6. 4.6. The Administration of the Site is not responsible for the actions of third parties (including Internet providers who ensure the technical availability of the Website at the location of the user) in relation to the protection of communication channels through which information is transmitted from the Website or to the site.
    7. 4.7. The Site administration undertakes not to transfer personal data to third parties, except in cases where the transfer of personal data is necessary in accordance with the requirements of the legislation in force in Ukraine.
    8. The user has the right, on the basis of a request sent to the e-mail of the Site Administration, to get acquainted with information about his personal data processed and stored by the Administration, to demand clarification of personal data or their deletion from the Information System of personal data of the Site Administration.
  5. 5. Rights and obligations of the parties
    1. 5.1. The user has the rights and obligations defined by this Agreement and the legislation in force in Ukraine.
    2. 5.2. The User is obliged to use the Website, the services provided by the Website Administration, the materials and information that constitute the Content of the Website, subject to compliance with the provisions of this Agreement.
    3. 5.3. The user is obliged under no circumstances to take the following actions:
      1. 5.3.1. copying, distribution, downloading, transfer, sale or any other use of intellectual property objects of the Administration not agreed with the Site Administration;
      2. 5.3.2. filling the website with knowingly false information and / or materials of this nature;
      3. 5.3.3. impersonating another person or a representative of an organization, enterprise, or institution without any rights or grounds, including the Site Administration, as well as misleading other Site users;
      4. 5.3.4. any other illegal actions that contradict the legislation in force in Ukraine and this Agreement.
    5. 5.4. The Site administration is obliged to make all reasonable efforts to maintain the Site in working condition, but does not guarantee the constant and uninterrupted operation of the Site and is not responsible for ensuring its uninterrupted functioning.
    6. 5.5. The Site administration has the right, at its discretion, to remove any user message from the Site if it violates the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine or the terms of this Agreement.
  6. 6. Disclaimer of Warranties
    1. 6.1. The Site, all Content, information, and materials provided to Users available on the website may be changed by the Site Administration and are therefore provided on an “AS IS” basis without any warranty, express, implied or implied By law, for the services provided by the Site Administration, including, but not limited to, guarantees of authenticity, usefulness, merchantability, compliance with relevant purposes, compliance or guarantees that arise in the process of providing services, in the process of negotiations when using services or at the time of concluding an agreement .
    2. 6.2. Exceptions to the above-mentioned guarantees are made only within the framework defined by the legislation in force in Ukraine.
  7. 7. Limitation of liability
    1. 7.1. The Administration of the Site bears no responsibility for any errors, typographical errors and inaccuracies that may be discovered by the user in the materials posted on the website. The Site administration makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the information provided on the website.
    2. 7.2. The Site Administration is not responsible to any user for his use or misuse of products and/or services. This limitation of liability is applied in order to avoid compensation for direct, indirect, accidental or other damage that occurred as a result of the User receiving services, including products, transferred by the Administration in accordance with the Agreement between the Site Administration and the User, which consists in any case of registration order by using the Website.
    3. 7.3. The Site Administration is not responsible for incomplete, inaccurate, incorrect indication of personal data by the User during registration (creating an account).
    4. 7.4. The Site Administration is not responsible for possible illegal actions of the User in relation to third parties or for possible illegal actions of third parties in relation to the User.
    5. 7.5. The Administration of the Site is not responsible for losses, damage or expenses incurred by the User in connection with the impossibility of using the Site.
  8. 8. Procedure of the contract
    1. 8.1. This Agreement enters into force for each user of the Site when they give their consent to the terms of this Agreement and is valid between the User and the Site Administration during the entire period of use of the Site by the User.
  9. 9. Changes
    1. 9.1. The Site Administration has the right to make changes to this Agreement. Changes will be published on the ua-lawyer.com website.
    2. 9.2. Changes will also apply to persons who are already users of the Website at the time of entry into force of such Changes. Changes will become effective after the expiration of a period of 30 days from the date of their publication on the website.
