No, the amount of assistance depends on the cost of housing and communal services used by the family and on the level of its income. Living allowance provided to IDPs in accordance with the Decree of the CMU of March 20, 2022 No. 332 "Some issues of payment of living allowance to internally displaced persons" is not taken into account in the total income when assigning a housing subsidy.

You need to contact the guardianship authority at your place of residence and provide the following list of documents:

  • a statement that you want to provide permanent care for a certain person;

  • Your passport (original and copy);

  • passport of the person who will be cared for;

  • medical certificate about the caregiver's health;

  • certificate of registration of your place of residence;

  • documents regarding ownership of property or the right to use it;

  • a certificate from the medical commission (MSEK), which confirms that the person needs constant care due to his health condition.

If we are talking about a person with legal capacity who can be aware of his actions, but needs care due to his health condition, his mandatory consent is required. Therefore, when it comes to a pensioner, he must also write a statement to appoint a person who will provide him with constant care.

There are three ways to order the restoration or exchange of a driver's license in Ukraine:

  1. offline at any convenient service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

  2. online (via the Diya application or the Driver's Electronic Account https://e-driver.mvs.gov.ua/login)

Required package of documents:

  • passport of a citizen of Ukraine or passport of a citizen of Ukraine for traveling abroad;

  • a certificate (or its copy) about the registration number of the taxpayer's registration card or the series and number of the passport (for individuals who, due to their religious beliefs, refused to accept the registration number of the taxpayer's registration card, reported this to the relevant supervisory authority and have a note to this effect in the passport);

  • a medical certificate regarding fitness to drive a vehicle (not required during martial law);

  • an existing driver's license that is subject to exchange (if lost or destroyed, the driver provides an explanation of the circumstances of the loss of such a driver's license; in case of theft, a document from the police is provided);

  • a payment document (receipt) certifying the payment of an administrative service.
