The summons was served at the wrong place of my residence. Is this legal?

This is not a violation of legal norms. According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 318 of 04/07/2023 (https://zakon.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/318-2023-%D0%BF#Text) conscripts can be issued summonses regardless of place their registration or stay on military registration.
