Is it possible to lose seniority due to sloppy entries in the work book?
solvedAnswers
The Pension Fund has the right to refuse to enroll a certain period of work experience if the pages of the work book are filled out in violation of the requirements of the Instructions on the Procedure for Keeping Work Books (https://zakon.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/z0110-93#Text).
Entries in the work book must be made carefully, with a ballpoint pen or pen, black, blue or purple ink, and must be certified by the seal of the dismissal record, as well as information on awards and incentives.
If the Pension Fund refused to include a certain period in the insurance record because of an incorrectly filled out employment book, it is necessary to go to court and recognize its actions as illegal.
